We are KHD Aesthetics, a UK based aesthetics clinic specialising in non-surgical cosmetic treatments.

We store user input data sent through the contact and booking forms on this website, along with meta information about the submissions, including the time stamp, the origin IP address, and the user agent (browser).  

We store user input data generated by the account registration and checkout process which includes name and email address, along with meta information about the submissions, including the time stamp, the origin IP address, and the user agent (browser).  We do not store any payment information except for the method of payment used, eg Stripe.   

Also, third party services may collect anonymous information about website visitors. We currently use Google Analytics on this website.

The information collected by our contact / booking forms and user account / order information generated by the account registration and checkout process is stored in our website database along with being sent as email messages. Only a select few are allowed to access our website and database.  

We don’t set a particular time limit on storing information because we may need it for future reference. If you would like your information to be removed from our email archive and / or website database, please contact us. We will remove it anytime there are concerns about your privacy.

The information you input on our site is never shared with any other third parties.
